What are the exam i mean entrance exam for them. Do this Indian Govt. own collages for this perticular subject ?

Yes, mass media is a good career, if you are an active person. It is a vast field, which will help you to explore various aspects and in that process, you will eventually pick up one field to get into. It could be journalism or event management.
