Is master degree has more importance then the the experience in field for the same duration?

When the most institutions are just providing nothing then the degree and are unknolegible and taking lots of fees to waste the time. OR. To do job in the company till the duration of master degree and getting practical knowledge and experience with getting paid... Which one is better??

Dear ghanshyam. you are 100% true. suppose without PG you joined job got experience that is ok. But at the time of promotion. organisations look higher qualifications most the time. so better to have higher qualifications in order to get promotions etc. i prefer you should have good qualifications.
