Is math compulsory for BA economics (H) without Delhi University? I want to study this course.

I have no maths in class 12th but I want to take up economics (H) in the session 2018-2019. Can I take it? The rule of CBCS is if I get economics (H) without math in class 12th, which college or university offer me this in the session 2018-2019?

I hope the question meant 'in Delhi University'. Please correct me if wrong. You must have studied maths in class 12th to be eligible for B.A. Economics in the university. Maths, however, need not be included in the best of four.
