No, Maths is not compulsory for all posts in the Indian Space Research Organisation. If you want to join as a Scientist or Engineer (SC), then yes you have to study math in class 10+2. After which you can do a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology/Master of Science and join the Indian Space

The initial necessary requirement to join ISRO for the candidates is to have MPC (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects during the 10+2 level of secondary level education. Further for the graduation and Masters also you need to keep these subjects as your main interest.
