Is math compulsory or additional in 12th to get admission in SRCC? Do we have to pass mathematics in 12th?

I have got 10 CGPA in 10th class.

Yes, it is compulsory to have Maths in +2 and pass in it. Clads 10 CGPA doesn't matter because admission is on cut-off basis of 12 Boards percentage.

Maths as a subject in +2 is compulsory to get admission in BCom hons. Its also compulsory to pass in Maths. But it's totally your choice whether you add maths in your best of four percentage.
