    Its depend on the university which you choose.
    It is not compulsory that you have a mathematical background but you must be aware of mathematical concepts because in most of the universities maths is taught as the core subject for at least one semester.

    Yes, it requires maths but if you have computer like IP, C+, computer science then you are eligible for BCA.
    And, by the way, maths is not tough in BCA, you can do it by taking coaching classes.

    You can join those colleges which are providing both MCA and BCA integral courses.

    If you take about different states then in UP, yes it is required except for a few universities like Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth -Varanasi, it's not compulsory. In BCA, you will have maths in first few semesters.

    depend on collage. i have selected kk wagh and kk wagh is allowed without maths in 12 std for bca

    Yes, mathematics is a very important subject for any software related study, so you should study mathematics, and a decent level of mathematics is needed, but you don't need a Master level of maths there.

    No, it doesn't matter. Commerce and medical students can apply for BCA easily. I am a BCA student.

    Yes, you need to have PCM in 12th standard if it is one of the eligibility criteria.

    No, exactly we can say as different universities gave their own criteria for BCA where some asks for Maths whereas some doesn't. So, basically it is not an issue. Moreover for a CS student Maths isn't tough enough basically.

    No, there is no such rule of maths being mandatory in class 12th for admission into BCA course. Furthermore, the only criterion required is for you to have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50%.
