Maths is not compulsory for B Com (Hons) in DU. Admission is on the basis of marks obtained in +2 stage. The merit is determined on the basis of one language and three best elective subjects. Also Non Commerce students are given minus 2 to 4% disadvantage marks by various colleges.

This policy of compulsory Maths for BCom Hons was introduced in 2015. You may evaluate BCom degree.
