Is maths compulsory to apply as I have accountancy as one of my subject.

No, for B.Com Maths is not compulsory, but some colleges have their polices, that Maths is compulsory to take admission in them, but most of the college, did not require Maths for taking admission in them so yes, you can apply for B.Com in any of the college.
