Yes, maths in 12th is compulsory to take admission for BCA course in North Bengal University.

It depends on the branch of study that you want to choose, but in any way you should have Maths in your class 12th to get admission in most of the courses. Unless, you specify the course you want to study its difficult to say, but I prefer you keep maths as compulsory.
