Is maths included in BCA? Is it very difficult to study?

Yes, maths is included in BCA but its not that difficult as it is in engineering and B.Sc. So, comparatively it's easy but still some might find it a little difficult.

Hello! buddy, Mathematics is included in BCA but don't worry a lot, because it won't have any difficult problems in Maths like integration and all. It would just contain simple Maths like matrix, mean, median, average all those simple Maths which I hope all of us don't find so difficult with proper guidance. Moreover, BCA is all about computer application so it would have many subjects like computer architecture, digital logic, c, c+, oops and matrics, etc.

HI Calvin, yes, Maths is included in BCA and secondly it is not difficult to study. All you have to do is to understand its concepts because when you study computer applications and when you would indulge yourself in writing codes, designing algorithms then this math would only help you. Yes, you will have to study Maths in BCA. It is difficult, if you haven't studied Maths in your +2. But, if you study hard and clear the basics of class 12th, then you can study it easily. You'll have to clear your basics first.

Yes, you will have to study mathematics and if you are asking about level of difficulty then I would say it depends upon a person's attitude, interest and practice. If your attitude is positive and you are willing to learn and you are practicing it daily then it would be easier for you than any other subject. You can do BCA only if you have minimum aggregate score of 50% -60% (varies from university to university) at 12th level (Pass) in any stream with English as a main subject.
