Hi,
Any graduate can go for MBA.
No, you don't need to be essentially of Maths background to pursue MBA. Even a Bio or arts graduate can do MBA.
MBA is more of practical course than theoretical,. Yes, there are few subjects which require numerical skills such as Quantitative and Statistics.
Finance stream requires more of numeric skills as compared to HR and marketing.

There will be statistics and calculus related papers for MBA such as Managerial Economics, Quantitative Methods and Research Methodology, but to do an MBA, any graduation followed by clearance of management aptitude tests will make you eligible.

No, maths is not there like engineering but you need to study accounting for the 1st semester. If you take finance, there is accounting for 2 years. If you take IT, HR, marketing or any other, you don't need to study maths. -
