Yes, you need maths in class 12th for BA economic Honors in DU. Non maths students can not apply for this program in DU. I hope, it will help. Good luck.

At the undergraduate level, Hindu College offers a three-year BA (Programme) and BA (Hons) course to students in the field of Arts. The BA (Hons) programme is available in nine specialisations and one of the specialisation is Economics. The Economics Department of Hindu College is a very good department with great faculty.</p>

As per my knowledge, Mathematics is not compulsory for admission in B.A or BSc economics, I am saying this because my cousin got enrolled for BSc.Economics program at LPU.
