Yes, maths is necessary to pursue B.Com in Delhi University. According to Delhi University the admission for this course is based on best 4 subject's marks including maths. For further information regarding admission process and last year's cutoff visit DU website.

Yes, it is necessary to have math in order to pursue maths honors. You will get admission in various colleges of DU on the bases of the cutoff lists presented by Delhi University.
