Hello Kritika,
Yes, Maths is required for B.Com (H) in any college of Delhi University (DU). 'Deen Dayal Upadhyaya' college is under DU and hence Maths is compulsory for B.Com (H). You should have Maths either as an optional (5th subject) or as an additional subject (6th subject).
