Yes, indeed it is one of the best options to go for in today's market. You can go for specializations in HR and marketing. Rest depends on your interest.

Your first need to decide what career you want to pursue and then based on it you should decide the course you want to pursue post B.Com. Apart from MBA, there are a lot of courses to choose from, but all these choices would depend on your interest areas and long term career aspirations.

Yes, according to my opinion, you can do MBA after any graduation course or Bachelors degree like engineering, B.A. B.Com, etc. It will be good if you do MBA after BBA, as it will help you in understanding the subjects of MBA better.
