Yes, it is too good for any company, if you have done engineering and has management skills. I have done MBA after my B.Tech degree and now I am working as manager in Convergys Corporation.

Yes, it makes you a complete professional apart from helping you in your career. But if you bend towards research and production, M.Tech is a better option.
