ANUCDE is better than Andhra University, Vishakapatnam in my opinion.

Pros of Andhra University:

Huge campus
Library is good enough
Sports club and grounds are spacious
Get enough time for self study
Some teachers are highly educated

Cons of Andhra University:

Lectures don't happen regularly
Crowd is orthodox

Pros of ANUCED:

Very satisfied with this college in terms of study, nature of the faculty i.e they are very friendly. I can recommend any one to join in this institute and it is a very good one.

You can enroll either through the Centre for Distance Education or through the Study Centre of Student's choice and Admissions are made twice a year
