The question itself is contradictory. Can a 4 star hotel be as good as a 5 star hotel like Taj or Marriott? The answer is obviously no. Better the ranking of an institute better is the salary and job placement prospects. A tier 3 institute manages to get rank up to 70 and beyond that such institute
