Is MBA Education Managemen equivalent to MA Education for faculty positions in UG/PG courses?

No it is not equivalent. Infact the streams are different. If you want to go for a managerial job then only go for MBA. Otherwise try to do MA and then M.Phil or PHd. And as as rightly pointed by Gunamani please try to clear UGC NET exam.

it wont be same, if you are looking for faculty position, i would like to suggest you to undergo MA in education and after that please clear your NET exam.
