Is MBA from IP University worth or should I drop this year and take CAT 2018? I can't afford more than 4 lacs of fee structure.

Well, if you are positively confident that you can clear the CAT next year, then you need to prepare for that. Otherwise, go for IP University, which is also a good placement-providing university. If you are unsuccessful in CAT the next year, then it will be a wastage of one year and money.
So, do confirm how you are confident of clearing CAT next year.
