Is MBA fully depending on your communication or is there any backed work there to choose?

There is nothing that doesn't require communication skills if you live in a society. Why would you even think that an MBA, which is basically managing stuff or people (hence communicating) wouldn't require the very basic skill that one should possess. Probably if you become an ascetic and live a recluse life, then you wouldn't want to communicate. Otherwise communication skills are required everywhere. Funny thing is you don't need to do anything extra ordinary to improve them.
