Automobile engineering is a core area and MBA is generalized area. It depends on how you choose your career.
Anyways MBA will be valued only when you have exposure and experience. So have some experience in the area you want to specialize and start your MBA so that it will be additional qualification in all terms.

As you are an automobile engineer doing masters from Germany is a very good option. At the same time your technical knowledge would be helpful in management if you consider to do MBA. It totally depends what you want to do. Any further education is going to add value to your career.
