Currently the market situation for job placments is very low and opportunities in all sectors have fallen. HOwever stil HR is relatively less effected. Mba in Healthcare is an excellent option to chase.

so it doesn't matter
if you have that much talent to get know the person at one meet or have to courage to handle and talk with people then any company can appoint you easily
yea I agree that now HR won't have that much jobs

HR domain is an ever green. Every organisation requires HR Professional for their operations. But I admit the No. of Requirements comparing to other functional areas is less. Even Campus recruitment for HR Professionals are very very less.
But those students are also getting placed
