It is the time where digital marketing is used every where so as per me, it is worth to go for it. But on the other part, I suggest you to do marketing management as the specialization in MBA and not just digital marketing and then, you can do Diploma in digital marketing. through this, you can have

MBA must be done in marketing, not digital marketing. You will have a wider scope. Do your internship in digital marketing and then shift to this domain.

There's no need to do MBA in digital marketing. You can do a certification and get more hands on experience. Several institutes like NIIT, etc. provide courses on the same. You can also do virtual trainings on Udemy, Coursera, Udacity and Google.
