No, it is not available , you must complete in regular batches no distance education.

Eligibility:
Graduation in any domain is required with a decent aggregate. 10 and 10+2 is a mandate.
Application Process:
In order to apply, students can log in to the ICFAI official website and fill the required credentials and form.
Fee Structure:
Total fees of MBA distance education in hospital management is INR 63,000 . An admission fee of 5000 INR is also charged.
