    Yes, MBA in operation management is a very good course to pursue as per your career history. This will give you good career growth. Apart from this you can also go for MBA in aviation management which will provide you growth in aviation field.

If that is the case and your interest is in operations management, I would definitely recommend an MBA course for you to gain a thrust for your career. 3 years is a good number to have industry experience and this is the right time for you to foray into management courses.
