Hi Beljo,MBA in project management, followed by a PMP certification stresses upon the candidates interest and knowledge prowess in the function. But, unless supported by (project management) work experience, it may not be enough to endorse ones Project Management skill at work - acquired knowledge through experience. It might have better prospects if someone has a technology/domain/functional knowledge certification in verticals such as Travel and Hospitality, Healthcare, Automation, Big Data, and so on. In this case, you look much focused and your prospective employers will find you more employable because they know they are hiring someone who knows the domain/technology they work on. With proven competency in PM concepts.
