Is MBA superior to PGDM? Will recruiter's show any discrimination between PGDM and MBA? I am selected for PGDM 2016 batch.

Hi Ajay, congrats on getting selected. There is no such thing that MBA is superior to PGDM, or PGDM is superior to MBA. Both the programs have their own benefits. In PGDM, you'll be getting to do a 3 month Summer Internship, whereas in MBA it's for 2 months only. You will be getting 1 month more industry exposure in PGDM. The programs is rigorous, so be prepared to give your best. As far as placements are concerned, it conducted for PGDM and MBA students together.
