    Aru I think Mba is someting more than a study It makes someone more mature and entrusted to perform the corporate activites of a company, A manager builds up the picture of the company and it is his education that makes him acqiure these skills.

    Its not true with B.Tech. at least because in MNC and govt jobs the position & salary structure of B.Tech qualified and MBA qualified person is same only work profile change.
    The more Challenging and learning job is in technical fields, so in my views if you having good and sound knowledge in technical field then no MBA required.

    The trend these days is in favour of MBA.We don't mean to say that it is the only kind of qualification which is of utility.We are very much mindful of instant success.Even with MBBS also such success is not possible.One who holds a law qualification will surely succeed one day in material terms.But, it is all competitive and straining.

    MBA undoubtedly is the most preferred course at masters level, as in order to pursue MBA, one need to be graduate in any field, however, I would always suggest students to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then opt for MBA, as it will further enhance their career prospects.
