Is MBBS from China valuable in India?

MBBS in China and Medical Degree of Russia, Ukraine, Europe, US, Philippines etc. are valid. These are less expensive compared to medical education in India. This factor attracts Indian students to prefer China / Russia / Philippine etc. for medical education. In some of theses countries, medical degree is issued as "MD in Gen. Practice / Physician". Please understand that this is only basic medical degree and not a Masters Degree. In India, MD is a Masters level program. Before joining these courses, one should get eligibility certificate from Indian Medical Council. Medical Graduates in China, Russia, Philippine and many other nations, needs to clear and pass screening test conducted by Medical Council of India for getting medical council registration. Then, only they are legally authorised to practice as Medical Practitioner in India.
