Yes, the Medical Council of India accepts Bachelor and master’s degree in medical including MBBS from Ukrainian universities. However, Indian students who have pursued their MBBS from Ukrainian universities and wish to practice in India are required to clear FMGE test. The Foreign Medical Graduates
