    Yes, you've done your B.Sc with computer science then you are eligible for MCA. This year, govt. universities' admissions for MCA were closed but there are many private colleges where admission is going on.

    On order to have meaningful IT career and good job, you are advised to do M.Sc CS/ IT or MCA. These are standard educational qualifications for entry level jobs of Developer in a majority of top IT companies.
