Is MCA (lateral entry) worth doing after completing BCA? Will MCA lateral entry be given the same priority as MCA?

MCA is open to graduates of all disciplines. Therefore, majority of syllabus of first year MCA is a repeat for students who join MCA after BCA. Lateral entry MCA students do not suffer any bias or discrimination. If you do Lateral entry MCA from leading universities, you will not be any disadvantage
