is MCA / MBA after B.Sc a satisfactory qualification(equivalent to B tech) for having a good career in IT sector?

can''t say about MBA but MCA is more than B tech. .if any company have to choose between MCA or B tech Qualified Person with same experience then they will choose the Person With MCA.
