Hi Karthik,
It is not a bad option but you must learn Chinese language. Though very few programs are delivered in English, you must know Chinese for your clinical experience. Check this:

No, it's not a good option. As for any PG course, you need that much quantity of patient flow.
And you won't get it in China as the patients don't understand English.
So, it's difficult for you to communicate with them.
