Is mechanical engineering a good choice for girls?

It's really depends on your own choice thinking and imagination I think the scope is same for everyone irrespective of gender , how do you materialize the opportunity completely depends upon you. Thermaxis a leading company for thermal equipments and chemical process equipments and one of the leading companies in mechanical engineering with a turnover close to 5500 crore Rupees . 3. Mary Barra CEOGeneral Motorssince 15 January 2014 General Motorsin a very big group manufacturing automobiles with brands like Chevrolet , Cadillac , GMC ,Buick under its belt . 4. Ramkripa Ananthan : Very Few people know this but she is the Leading concept designer ofMahindra XUV 500. See my point that mechanical engineering is more about design and management . it's depends on your interest and your skills. girls can take admission in mechanical branch if they have this types of attributes.
