Yes, medical facilities are free to IAS. They get dearness allowance, traveling allowance and medical allowance with their payment.

Yes, the IAS officer gets free medical facilities in government hospitals. Even they get best medical facilities in private hospitals and all the expenses are covered by government. See, IAS is a very responsible job and highly respected job. So, they get every facility without any doubt at low rate
