Is MEO class 4 equivalent to B.Tech degree as per AICTE in India?

After 10 I have done 3 yrs diploma in mechanical engineering, 2 yrs PDME, passed MEO part A& B, 4thCOC.

Dear Jyoti, MEO class 4 th is not equivalent to B.Tech. Certificate of Competancy is abbreviated as COC,it's a certificate neither a diploma nor a degree. It's better for you to apply for B.tech instead of M.tech. I appreciate your interest, Be calm and think in worth full direction.
