Most colleges have their different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Also, MHCET is valid for almost all colleges of Mumbai, Thane, Pune and Nagpur. However, certain colleges do not consider MHCET and conduct their own admission exams.
