MIBM is valid, but certainly not great due to lack of some much wanted accreditation. You should choose amongst India's top 50 B-schools to gain great career opportunities.

I want to do an MBA online or distance from Dubai, so thought MIBM will be helpful. Amity is also an option to do online MBA. Do u have suggestions?
