Is Midwestern State University good for nursing courses?

    Yes, Midwestern State University (MSU) is considered a good school for nursing courses: 

    Accreditation

    The Wilson School of Nursing's BSN and MSN programs are fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). 

    Rankings

    In 2021, Study.com ranked MSU Texas 36th in its nationwide rankings of the best nursing degrees. In 2024, MSU's nursing programme was ranked 43rd, making it the second-the highest NIH-funded college of nursing in Texas. 

    Admission

    Admission to the BSN programme is highly competitive, with only about 120 candidates selected from the pool of those who meet the minimum requirements.
