Asked about XLRI Xavier School of Management - PGDM in Human Resource Management

Please clarify as I have work experience of 4 years only.

    I am guessing by this course, you mean Post Graduate in Human Resource Management. You don't need 5 years of work experience for getting admission. You can enter either through GMAT or XAT exam.
