Is Minnesota state University cheaper than Mercy College?

<p>Mercy college is a private college and MSU is public both are located in different states of US. While MSU is in Mankato, Mercy college in located in New York. If I compare average fee paid of both colleges then MSU has 8800 $ as compared to Mercy college's 15283 $. Also since New York is expensive considering the living costs there, It is clearly evident that MSU is way cheaper than Mercy college.</p>
