Is MIT, USA better than IIT?

MIT is ranked no.1 university in the world.
No Indian university is in top 200. You can imagine now if which is better. -
MIT is a much better place than IITs wrt academic orientation and enthusiasm,MIT is constantly in top the Ten college in the World (undergrad) and one of the best for every graduate department and the IITs are rarely in the World.MIT produced 29 Nobel prize lanrete where as IIT produced 0 Nobel prize .MIT caters to the smartest from all over the world whereas IIT caters almost exclusively to Indian .so I would say choose MIT -
u.s.a is giving better scope then india in any field. if yu have to choose then go mit in u.s

Obviously none of IIT has such future research possibilities & top class rated faculty education as in MIT -
cant be predicted ;)
