Yes it is affiliated
but there are more better universites than this
this is newly established

As per the official website, " Monad University is established under section U/S 2(f) of UGC Act 1956. It has been established vide Act No.23 of 2010 of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. " You may visit the official website for related details.
