Hi,
As per the official website, " Monad University is established under section U/S 2(f) of UGC Act 1956. It has been established vide Act No.23 of 2010 of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. "

There is no such affiliation for MONAD University.
You can visit the below mentioned link:

No. Monad University has been formed under Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Bill and is a functional university in a sprawling 70 Acre Campus
