Is moot court competition similar to open "Legal Adalats" conducted by Legal services societies?

The legal services conduct lok adalats which is completely different than moot courts. The moot courts have imaginary problems and the law students study and argue on that problem and the entire moot court process is just for practice. Whereas lok adalats are conducted based on real problems and their orders are binding over the party.
