First of all, you have to understand one thing that is Mother Teresa Women's University is a Government University whereas KCC- college Christian is a private institution. So, MTWU is not much expensive than KCC-college Christian.

MTWU offers various UG and PG programmes. It is accredited by NAAC with grade 'A' and approved by UGC. Many colleges are affiliated to the university.

Whereas KCC-college Christian is accredited by NAAC with grade 'B' and not approved by UGC so far

In KCC - College Christian, candidate can pursue in multiple range of courses like M.Sc., MSW, MBA/PGDM, After 10th Diploma, M.J.M.C., B.Sc., B.A., BSW, BCA, BB
