Yes MRIU is a Deemed to be University Under Section-3 of the UGC act, 1956.
After conferment of Deemed to be University status, it is not mandatory to seek approval for offering B.Tech/M.Tech programmes from AICTE. All Universities in India including Deemed to be University may offer B.Tech/M.Tech
