I think recently, M.Sc. CS has better acceptability in industry than MCA. Moreover, the duration of M.Sc. is 2 years and that of MCA is 3 years.

M.Sc with computer Science or IT is better than MCA. MCA is a 3 year programme where as M.Sc. Computer Science is a 2 year programme. MCA covers the software and its application related field. M.Sc. Computer Science covers the both hardware and software field. A person with strong background in computational and scientific field is only able to opt for this course. Those who have pursued a graduation in computer Science or computer technology alone can opt for M.Sc. Computer Science, while MCA can be done by any Science graduate.

Rather than MS, you should prefer MCA as it will be more professional course and of course placements would be better.

It is good but not better than MCA. MCA is a professional course and offers good placement and industry exposure. If you are interested in job than MCA will be better.

Yes, it's also a good option but rather than opting for MS in computer science. I would like to suggest you to continue your degree in MCA as it will give you more details and practical exposures.
All the best for you future.
